First day in the jungle of Doom

I am on a vacation in South America. I am stuck on a nature study tour. It looked nice on the brochure. I even begged my parents for it. I wanted to be exposed to new things. At least I have my friend Zoe with me. The guide is very boring but the jungle is cool. Strange plants and flowers are everywhere in the jungle. I thought it would be fun to have something from the jungle as a memory but most of the things here are on the list of endangered stuff or poisonous. I can't even keep a flower from here. Mrs. Wheedle has a big no for almost everything. Zoe is the only exciting person I have. She is trying to make everything fun in this weird Jungle. That's the reason she is my best friend. Let's hope everything goes well on this tour.
